fantastic stay close to attractions
excellent location helpful staff great view good value
the location was excellent. it was easy to walk to many key sites (hagia sophia is really close!). the staff was nice and helpful throughout my stay. i also enjoyed the breakfast (especially the view from the 6th floor restaurant). i found the hotel to be good value for the money.
the elevator seemed a bit slow at times, but i understand the building is older.

The staff were attentive and provided quick assistance. The reception was helpful with directions. i experienced a warm welcome, made my check-in process simple. i had no issue with communication. The staff spoke english well.

the hotel provides a spa, but i did not use it. the restaurant is located on the top floor, which provides excellent views of the city.

the breakfast buffet has a good selection of items, including fruits and pastries. coffee from the machine and tea are available to all the guests. i found the restaurant area clean and well kept during service.

my superior double room had air conditioning and heating system for any time of year. there was a small balcony with a table and chair (good for a coffee). there were free tea and coffee supplies to use.

poor soundproofing old design
the location was acceptable, near the tourist spots.
the room i got it had terrible soundproofing. i could hear every little thing happening in the rooms nearby and in the corridors it was not good. also, some staff seem too eager for tips even when they're not needed.

the location worked really well , close to many attractions. the staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions. the breakfast had lots of options , and the rooftop restaurant offered great views. i appreciated the short walk to hagia sophia and the blue mosque.
the bathroom lacked sufficient towel racks.

the hotel is near hagia sophia. the staff, especially hasan, were kind. my room was clean and large. the breakfast had varied food choices.
the room had some street noise with windows open.
