fantastic stay close to attractions
excellent locationhelpful staffgreat viewgood value
the location was excellent. it was easy to walk to many key sites (hagia sophia is really close!). the staff was nice and helpful throughout my stay. i also enjoyed the breakfast (especially the view from the 6th floor restaurant). i found the hotel to be good value for the money.

The staff were attentive and provided quick assistance. The reception was helpful with directions. i experienced a warm welcome, made my check-in process simple. i had no issue with communication. The staff spoke english well.

the hotel provides a spa, but i did not use it. the restaurant is located on the top floor, which provides excellent views of the city.

the breakfast buffet has a good selection of items, including fruits and pastries. coffee from the machine and tea are available to all the guests. i found the restaurant area clean and well kept during service.

the location was acceptable, near the tourist spots.
the room i got it had terrible soundproofing. i could hear every little thing happening in the rooms nearby and in the corridors it was not good. also, some staff seem too eager for tips even when they're not needed.

The location was great. It was close to many historical sites.
The hotel condition seemed outdated. The housekeeping was inconsistent. Our toilet paper was not replenished automatically. The breakfast quality was mediocre despite many choices.
